Salesperson: Oh, so sorry to hear that, do you have the receipt that the website generates?

Costumer:No, I forget it, but it is on my laptop at my house.

Salesperson: Sorry, but without the receipt I can’t help you

Costumer: Please, come on, at least, can I get a refund?

Salesperson: I am afraid, but that’s not posible, you have to make your complaint online.
